According to Article 1369 - Notice of Intended Marriage
Before the celebration of a marriage, regardless of the type of ceremony to be performed, the persons intending to marry must disclose their first name and surname, their profession, their parents' names, their place of birth, their last place of residence, and the location where the marriage is to be celebrated. If the marriage is not celebrated within six months of the notice, the notice must be repeated. When the persons intending to marry reside in a major city, the notice shall be made by publication in a daily newspaper of their place of residence
